Order Tracking

We provide e-mails when orders ship that contain the tracking number for the parcel service you selected. If you cannot find your tracking number please contact us and we will help you (have your order number and customer information ready). Remember to check your spam folder in your e-mail for our automated e-mails.

Returns & Exchanges

We seek to please our customers by providing high-quality products and prompt service. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or you are not satisfied, please contact us at [email protected]

Coupon Codes

All coupons must be applied in the shopping cart before checking out.
Coupons cannot be combined.
​Follow this method while in Shopping Cart to apply a coupon:

1. Click on + Add a coupon code
2. Input the coupon code provided
3. Press Enter on your keyboard or click Apply
4. You will see the subtotal of your order change
5. Proceed through checking out with your new order total

Custom Orders

If you can dream it, we can make it! Please contact us for more information about our custom orders. We love making cutout signs for special events such as weddings, showers, parties, and more!

We can print one of your photographs and mount it in one of our wooden frames.
Four sizes are available:

• 12"x12"
• 15"x15"
• 12"x18"
• 12"x23"

Additional sizes can be customized upon request.
